Where can I find my invoices?
Access your invoices from the "Accounts" dropdown in the menu bar. Here's the link: https://web.timify.com/account/invoices
Is your hosting provider EUGDPR compliant?
AWS is EUGDPR compliant and acts both as a data processor and as a data controller under the GDPR. AWS supports more security standards and compliance certifications than any host. Its compliance certifications include: PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, GDPR, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171.
 
What server do you use, and where is it based?
We use AWS (Amazon Web Services) for our infrastructure. Our software is available in many countries, and our system is hosted in multiple AWS regions accordingly. Specifically; European user data is stored in the Frankfurt data centre; Latin America data in the Sao Paolo data centre; and Asian-Pacific data in Singapore centre.
I didn't recieve an account confirmation email. What should I do now?
Sometimes, account confirmation emails can get stuck in spam; we suggest you check your spam or bulk folder to see if the email is there. If you find the email, but the confirmation window of 24 hours has expired, you can request another email by clicking the link in your email, or going to the TIMIFY account login page and attempting to log in. If you still don't get an email, contact our Customer Support Team by clicking the red chat button, available in the bottom right corner of the login page, and anywhere on our website.
