Step 1 - Customer
Access to the domain configuration is needed and technical understanding of the topic.
1. Define Email addresses for both values "subdomain", “from” & “replyTo”.
Example:
Subdomain: timify.example.com
From: info@timify.example.com
ReplyTo: no-reply@timify.example.com
2. Setup a subdomain for the emails that will be sent by TIMIFY later.
You need to set up a new subdomain (not used for other purposes & not the main domain!). For example, a subdomain like this: timify.example.com In the end, we need the emails (“from” & ”replyTo”) and the subdomain.
Step 2 - TIMIFY
TIMIFY sets up the internal configuration (Mail provider) within our email provider Sendgrid:
1. Set up Sender Authentication -> Reverse DNS ( connect customer IP with the main domain ):
2. TIMIFY provides DNS records (also point 3.) information to the customer
Step 3 - Customer
Access to the domain configuration is needed and technical understanding of the topic.
1. Integrate the DNS records with the information provided by TIMIFY
2. Inform TIMIFY that the task is finished
Step 4 - TIMIFY
1. Validate that the DNS records are active
2. Setup new IP Pool (attach the new IP address) for the domain
3. Add new IP-Pool-Name to the Admin Too
4. Set Up customization for the customer and test the configuration (connect the mail with the IP Pool)
5. we create the DNS info after we input the required information which we need to get from you. We will then send the DNS info to you

Setting up your own IP at Sendgrid
Timify sets up an own IP instance at our email provider Sendgrid to customize the email sender domain. One-off one-off fee in the amount of 500,00€/$

Monthly fees for domain hosting with our email provider Sendgrid. 12 month(s) amount of 30,00€/$ mtl. / 360,00€/$ yr
